1. Fraudulent Payment Policy:
If a payment on a client account is marked as fraudulent (such payments are reversed on the payment gateway), then NLC reserves the full right to stop any service provided to the client (including other accounts and other payments submitted by the same client) until the issues with the payment are solved.
If the client refuses to solve issues with the payment which is marked as fraudulent NLC reserves the full right to delete all accounts and stop payment subscriptions provided to the client without any refund for security reasons.
2. NLC clients deemed running an unprofessional business/ establishment and/ or a con business.
Next Level Communication adheres to the highest business ethics and measures itself to very high standards and would like to believe that the clients hosted are of similar stature and character.
Any unprofessional business ethics by businesses hosted, theft done by businesses hosted, unethical business deals, misleading services rendered or con business operations brought to our attention will be terminated with immediate effect.
NLC would assist the client in question to be hosted elsewhere.
3. Late Payment Policy:
All accounts payable between the 25th - 29th of each month for the calendar hosting month in advance.
Accounts which are not settled 5 days after this date will be disabled or suspended.
If the account is not settled with in a 30 day period after the above mentioned payment dates, it clear states the clients non interest to be hosted by NLC, hence it will be regarded as contract termination and all files will be removed. The business owner/ client/ will receive notifications thereof if there is any action to be taken on his/ her respectable account.
4. Suspension of Service
NLC shall be entitled to immediately suspend hosting agreements for client’s failure to make timely payments. (see point 2).
Modest pricing
NLC provides modest hosting and web design fee structure.
It is against this backdrop because hosting is structured so modestly compared to international standards; and compared to the fact that clients access a world class corporate server at these agreed fees; failure to pay these modest fees; NLC will cancel all current agreements with the particular client (s).
Clients who do fails to pay the modest hosting automatically forfeits all contractual and binding Next Level Communication agreements as well as all or any future client business relationships.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they have sufficient credit to cover their monthly hosting or initial web design fees.
If NLC do not receive a response within 24 hours, the account, and all accounts under that account plan, will be suspended.
5. Termination of Service
NLC shall be entitled to immediately terminate hosting agreements for client’s failure to make continuous monthly payments or web design fees within the agreed time frames.
Zero client communication and continuous monthly payments failed to be paid to NLC will result in immediate suspension of hosting agreements and all accounts under that account plan, will be terminated.
- NLC support staff will terminate the control panel for the domain (s) in question.
- Hosting will be terminated for the domain (s) in question.
- The domain will be released from the NLC server.
- The account will be deleted from the NLC servers and the account will not be reinstated.
- Any data, including e-mail, will be deleted from our servers
and cannot be recovered. - NLC reserves the right to apply these fees and suspensions
at our discretion. - NLC will assist the client to transfer the client's domain name to the new hosting server as NLC will forfeit all association with the client and his/ her business.
- The domain (s) in question will be removed from the official www.nextlevelcommunication.co.za website where NLC further markets and promotes all client's domain (s) and websites.

6. Billing
NLC reserves the right not to email regular monthly hosting/ billing as this is an administrative challenge and all clients are fully aware of their monthly hosting billing in advance for the calendar year.
Example: South African Satelite TV network DStv for example does not email billing to its clients.
7. Prohibited actions by NLC clients
Prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging, defamatory or are hate speech or links to such content or materials are also prohibited.
8. Examples of unacceptable content or links:
- Pirated software.
- Hacker programs or archives.
- Sites distributing copyrighted content without proper licenses.
- Hacker programs, credit card dumps, hacker focused sites.
- Fraudulent sites (fake banking services, fake login pages, any other site mining information in illegal ways).
- Viruses, trojan horses, mass ping, ddos, udp or tcp flood scripts, or other kind of destructive scripts
- Pornography.
- Child pornography (If NLC is to locate child pornography willingly uploaded to a client account, then the client account will be terminated instantly without any possibility of a refund).
- Spamming other NLC clients or extremely spamming to any email addresses.
- NLC clients needs to ensure their computers and email devices such as blackberry phones, smart phones, tablets, etc are virus free as to possible infect other email users because of viruses and trojans attached with going emails mailed.
- Any drug related content or activities
- Any activities doomed illegal.
NOTICE:
IF NLC CLIENTS ACCOUNT (S) IS FOUND TO CONTAIN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, ILLEGAL MP3 FILES, PIRATED SOFTWARE, HACKER PROGRAMS, OR ANY OTHER ILLEGAL FILES, THE CLIENT'S ACCOUNT WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT NOTICE, AND A R300.00 CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY.
ADDITIONALLY, IF NEEDED BE NLC WILL NOTIFY THE PROPER AUTHORITIES OF SUCH ACTIONS.
